The Gospel Lights Singers were founded in 1967 in Lake Charles, La. Their dedication to singing the gospel message is the same today as it was on the day they were first organized.
This group of women singers proclaim the good news with original gospel songs written by its members.
The group includes Letha P. Jones and Geraldine Richardson (original founding members), Stephanie Brown, Rose Cane, and Joann West. They were joined by Pastor Lionel Jones on the opening “Prayer”.
Musicians on this recording were Derrick Cane (guitar), Paul Gatson (guitar), James Jones (Bass), Devin D. January & Dayton D. January (drums)
